After purchase price match warranty
Gosselin guarantees that if, during the 15 days following your purchase, you find the same product advertised by another Canadian retailer or by Gosselin at a lower price, Gosselin will refund the difference, either with the same pament method used to make the purchase or with a Gosselin gift card.
Seen a better price?
If you find a better price elsewhere, give us a chance to match that price if the conditions below are met, or to offer you a bundle that has a greater value.

Conditions
Whether you ask us to match a price while you are shopping online or in the 15 days following a purchase you have made online, Gosselin requires that the following conditions be met to match the price of a competitor:
  • The competitor must have the item in stock and ready for delivery
  • The item must be of the same brand and same model
  • The item must be brand new, complete, and sealed as received from the manufacturer
  • The competitor must be an authorized Canadian retail of the item's brand
  • The item must be covered by a manufacturer's warranty valid in Canada
  • For online competitors, the item must be available in Canada, advirtised in Canadian currency, and covered by a manufacturer's warranty valid in Canada
  • Gosselin reserves the right to verify the item's origin, availability, and price
  • Our price match guarantee does not apply to refurbished products, to limited quantity offers, to clearance sales, to student discounts, to online auctions, or to Black Friday, Cybermonday and Boxing Day offers
  • Our price match guarantee does not apply to photo prints, gifts, or services sold by our Photo Lab  
  • The competitor's price will be compared to ours in Canadian currency before tax, eco fees, and any other applicable fees
  • This Price Match Guarantee does not apply to syntax or typo errors in an advertisement, to clearance items or to products sold without warranty, to VIP or subsribtion type deals (e.g.: Amazon Prime), to end-of-line products, to web-only merchants, or to products sold during a closing or bankruptcy sales.
Gosselin reserves the right to limit the products bought under our Price Match Guarantee to one per client, as well as to reverse the decision to apply the Guarantee, or to modify the terms withou any prior notice.
Under certain circumstances, Gosselin reserves the right not to match a competitor's price when it is unreasonably low or below the minimum manufacturer's authorized price.
How to invoke the price match guarantee after a purchase
For purchases made in store: provide details about the competitor (name, location, and advertised price.) You must also provide us with the ORIGINAL receipt from Gosselin. Upon verification of the information provided and the availability of the product, Gosselin will refund the difference between the price paid and the competitor's price, either with the same payment method of the original purchase or with a Gosselin gift card.
